Sail Scotland is looking for a dynamic, energetic person with a solid background in Business Development and Marketing to join our small friendly team.

Sail Scotland is entering an exciting period as the organisation gears up to support the sailing, cruising and boating industry as it emerges from the Covid-19 pandemic. 

The ideal candidate will be expected to hit the ground running. Main responsibilities will include actively contributing to growing our membership, managing and developing existing membership relations, optimising social media presence, producing and updating content on the Sail Scotland website and assisting with the production of digital communications for the organisation such as e-newsletters.

The successful candidate would ideally be experienced in working with or in business membership organisations, ideally in tourism. We would also welcome job share arrangements with other sector groups, DMOs, Chambers or TBIDS.

The post reports directly to and will work closely with the CEO and offers the successful candidate a great deal of opportunity to grow and develop the role in the future.
