Until such guidance is approved by the Scottish Government commercial operators should undertake activities within general guidance of; household and extended bubbles, outdoor and indoor meetings, physical distancing and overnighting or under hospitality guidance. For example, so allowing a family bubble to undertake day sail and overnighting charter.
Any instance of commercial activity must be supported by a valid and robust risk assessment prior to any voyage. Voyages must at all times comply with the general guidance or meet hospitality guidance.
